tested win 7 and win 8.1 everything is ok. 
cgauth.dll is from vray 2.40.4 crack (For all that work would be a waste of time to deal with new, Thanks for that other cracker) 

If you get an error "v-ray RTEngine dll not found", try the following Run is Administrator 3dsmax 2014
